As the Practice Manager and Head of Human Resources, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, team coordination, and high standards of patient care. From managing clinic workflows and staff training to overseeing HR policies and administrative systems, she ensures that every branch functions efficiently and consistently. Her leadership, organizational skills, and people-first approach form the strong foundation that allows our clinical team to focus on delivering exceptional dental care.
